Changed your mind? No problem! If your item isn’t personalized, you have 7 days from the day it arrives to initiate a return for a refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
2. For Personalized & Custom Magic ✨
All personalized items (with names, dates, photos, special messages) are FINAL SALE.
Because we craft these unique items specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for them. They’re one-of-a-kind, just like your occasion!
PLEASE: Double-check all spelling, dates, and images before you click “buy.” We create based on the info you provide, so we can’t be responsible for typos.
3. The “Oh No!” Policy: Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Did your surprise arrive looking a little… surprised itself? We’re so sorry! While we pack everything with immense care, sometimes shipping happens.
Don’t worry, we’ve got you! We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong thing entirely.
To make this super quick and easy, we need one thing from you: A VIDEO!
Why a video? It’s the simplest, fairest way for us to see what happened and immediately send out a replacement without delay. It protects both of us!

1. DON’T OPEN YET! When your parcel arrives, grab your phone before you grab the scissors.
2. RECORD A QUICK VIDEO: Film a continuous clip showing:
· The sealed parcel’s exterior and shipping label.
· You opening the box without any cuts in the video.
· A clear shot of the damaged or incorrect product inside.
3. EMAIL IT WITHIN 48 HOURS: Send your video and order number to support@rizesurprize.store within 2 days of receiving your order.
Heads up: Complaints submitted without video proof or after 48 hours cannot be processed for a replacement.
